Tzu Chi Teachers’ Association

The future of a nation lies in education. Tzu Chi has established long-term partnerships with six schools due to the distribution of stationery and school uniforms. In December 2022, Tzu Chi held two "Jing Si Aphorisms Teacher Training" sessions, with 98 educators participating. This was followed by a series of static courses including Sharing on Jing Si Aphorisms teaching, teachers gathering sessions, principals’ gathering, university lecturers outreach, and teacher training; as well as dynamic activities such as parent-child sports events, tea serving, foot bathing, daily rice saving, etc., gradually immersing principals and teachers in Tzu Chi's educational philosophy and implementing humanistic education in schools.

On February 20, 2023, the "Tzu Chi Teachers' Association" was eventually established in Lumbini.  With the goal of "Cultivating compassion, joy, renunciation, and pure love to nurture talented individuals", it aims to foster children's well-rounded personalities and moral development. Currently, 19 principals and teachers have become the first batch of seeds for this association.
