Winter Relief Distribution

In December 2022, Tzu Chi held its first winter relief distribution for impoverished households in Lumbini. In addition to blankets, ten other household items were provided. Beneficiary families were invited to the Tzu Chi center to participate in the distribution event, which included health check-ups, haircuts, family portraits, program performances, and a lunch. Tzu Chi volunteers presented stories such as "Bamboo Bank Era" and "Saving a Handful of Rice Each Day," sharing the spirit of "doing great kindness with small acts of charity."

Volunteers from Singapore and Malaysia collaborated, complementing each other's experiences, creating a warm and touching atmosphere throughout the distribution. The event left the beneficiary families with beautiful memories.
